Mainecoons
I would expect any of the sports bars to carry this. Check with Tom's bar, for example.
Travis
It will be everywhere. Go where the Mexicans go if you want to have fun. I hate boxing but I might go to a friend's house for this.
SoxFan
Looks like it will be shown for free in Mexico if you know someone w/ Mexican cable? http://www.cbssports.com/general/eye-on-sports/25164856/mexico-will-see-the-fight-of-the-century-for-free
AlanMexicali
Anyplace around to watch the Boxing Match Saturday night? "According to TMZ, both Televisa and Azteca -- competitors in Mexico's TV market -- will be airing the fight. "Televisa and Azteca must be recognized for their great commitment, for bringing to Mexico this bout for free," the World Boxing Council told TMZ. "This has never, ever happened in any country of the world." Of course, Mexico is heavily invested in the fight. The Mexican Tourism Board is sponsoring the fight and the official beer of the fight is Tecate, which is based out of Monterrey, Mexico. The two sponsors helped the Fight of the Century bring in a record $13.2 million in sponsorship money." http://www.cbssports.com/general/eye-on-sports/25164856/mexico-will-see-the-fight-of-the-century-for-free
Shrimplover
Thanks everyone for the advice. It costs about $160 for pay for view in the U.S. For this single event. How cool that we get to view for free in Mexico. Thanks again amigos.
pappysmarket
If the past is any predictor of the future, the fight will be shown free but delayed. By how much I don't know but it might not be wise to place a wager while you think you are watching "live". Just a heads up.
el bartman
Got a local time yet for the main event? I assume they are showing preliminary bouts. Anyone know the numbers on SKY cable for Azteca or Televisa?
