Local writers groups

I'm researching local writing groups in the area. I know about the Ajijic WG. They meet the 1st & 3rd Friday of the month, yes? Any others?

There was one in Jocotepec, but I don't know if they are still active. Maybe some of the writers in Joco can tell us?

There are a number of smaller writers groups, but almost all of them attend the larger group that you mentioned. I'd suggest starting there to meet writers in the area and you can probably get information about other groups there.
