ajijicbound Posted February 25, 2013 Author Report Posted February 25, 2013 No, it's not the gecko or pygmy owl. The sound is similar to the pygmy owl but the song descends and does not stay the same pitch. I need to record it and post it to youtube.

The closest is the Tropical Screech B. Western Screecj Call B and the Wishkered Screech owl typical. A few pygmy's sounded close. I'll try to record it tonight.
