lcrop1 Posted February 15, 2013 Report Posted February 15, 2013 Does anyone know where I can purchase floral marbles to put in the bottom of a vase to stabilize and weight it down so top-heavy flowers won't tip over? Would prefer out near Riberas. Thanks for the help.

Not the solution for all arrangements but hopefully will be helpful to someone on the board. Especially those of us who have "LOST OUR MARBLES"

ichbinsaege Posted February 16, 2013 Report Posted February 16, 2013 Sand would work better than cat litter. If you get the wrong kind of cat litter (like say the scoopable kind) you are going to end up with almost a cement in the base of your vase! Sand is made to be in water and not clump up and is heavy when wet.
