    As this has been posted as an LCS news item, I deem it best not to discuss the pros and cons here but rather just have it inform LCS members and other interested parties that Terry Vidal has made formal application for the job. I am assuming it will be considered in due course and accepted or rejected. At that time, I'll update with the outcome. This is FYI only, not a discussion item, hence I have locked it.
