dennis clark
what do I need to do about a lost temporal visa ?
RVGRINGO
Lost, or stolen, you may have to report it to the MP and take a copy of the rport to INM. Perhsps it would be best to stop in at INM and ask them first. Meanwhile, I hope you do not have any plans to travel, as you have no ID for Mexico. RVGRINGO
No, the passport alone does not give you permission to be in Mexico. Also, if you were to leave, you would have no way to return to Mexico without the real possibility of voiding your visa by using an FMM tourist permit instead of the visa. I would go to INM immediately and report the loss. You should have already done that. They will tell you exactly what you must do.

Zeb
If you lost it while in Mexico, they can replace it for you (for a fee, of course). If lost outside of the Mexico, you have a bigger problem. You can travel with your passport, however, if you re-enter without your Temporal card, you will be entered as a tourist and you will lose your status. Also, when you go to leave, they will ask to see your Tourist Visa or Temporal , whichever is applicable in your case.
