Looking for cloth patches for jeans

I don't think I've ever seen any of the iron-on type down here. Certainly Walmart doesn't have any sewing supplies worth mentioning; nor does Soriana.

A couple of years ago we found iron on patches at Soriana. I believe that they came in blue and black.

I can't remember where they were located in the store but it was in a "strange" location and not where you would expect them to be located.

The wife said she thinks she have seen them in fabric store called Parisina. Of course the store is in Guadalajara.  I do not know if there is a fabric store Landside.

The sewing and fabric booths at the tianguis sell the iron on jean patches in various colors.

In Soriana, they used to be with the ironing supplies, as was the distilled water for irons; while the irons themselves were with the small appliances in other stores.....sometimes.

I bought them in the little fabric store behind the Chapala bus station, corner Miguel Martinez/Juarez

I also have purchased a supply of iron-on patches from a vendor at the tianguis.  Most recently about four months ago.  You may have to ask but the vendor who sells scissors, thread and misc. notions has them in several colors.
