Go Solar
Have to help the board, in order to help yourself..... New or used? Personally (like in the back of a pickup truck) or via a freight service / customs broker? What's the value, country of origin (manufacture), provide some details and your goals / budget / timing, and more info / assistance can be yours. Go Solar
Check these links and you could also check with S&S auto or Mainecoons of this board (via) PMfor added info, advice, perspective: Buena suerte and let us know how it goes. Would probably recommend un-crating it and using it a bit if possible, so it looks more like a personal import, and less like a commercial one. http://advrider.com/index.php?threads/importing-bikes-into-mexico-from-the-us.119075/ https://mexinsurancestore.com/bringing-motorbike-into-mexico/ http://www.ownmexico.org/import-vehicle-into-mexico/
Mainecoons
Generally not worth importing this as the cost is more than the bike is worth. There are lots of these smaller displacement motos around here that can be bought. That's the cheapest alternative.
chicamysterious
Well i have thought of purchase here but I keep hearing how they fall apart
AngusMactavish
I bought an Italika 200 CC dual purpose without being able to test drive it. My assumption was it must be good being how many of their motos are here. My first ride gave me the impression it was made in the Soviet Union. I am sorry I didn't get a Honda. Kiko
Of course a Japanese motorcycle will be of higher quality than an Italika at this time. However, that being said, Italikas 125cc and 250 cc models recently completed an IBA. http://italika.mx/MundoITK/ITALIKA-rompe-record-de-1000-millas-en-24-horas/ Now that is impressive. Personally I am a Honda guy.
Mainecoons
No question Hondas are better than Italikas. they are well designed and made. Honda motos readily available here. Suzuki also very popular.
