Alpha1 Posted October 11, 2017 Report Share Posted October 11, 2017 It seems that the online access to Telmex has "portal" problems, since one cannot access their account. This was the reason given after 2 hours on the phone with Telmex. I was told that the correction will be made by Tuesday....still nothing! Alpha1 Posted October 13, 2017 Author Report Share Posted October 13, 2017 It would have been nice if a notification was made to save hours on the line with Telmex...they never mentioned that the passwords were changed, simply that the portal was having problems... Some work, and some don't. This is the correct access point for Mi Telmex: https://www.online.telmex.com/mitelmex/inicio.jsp# and it is the one that often leads to nowhere.
