thevalerieleigh
Good morning! I'm doing the Ketogenic Diet right now and following the directed meal plans daily. A recipe for this week calls for "celery root". I had to watch a YouTube video to learn what it is. Now, the question is, can it be found lakeside? Does anyone know about this root vegetable and if so, know where I can find it? Many thanks, Val Jones
El Bizco
Don't know where to find but a caution: Many years ago my mother was in agony from eating too much celery root. Moderation...
Joco
I tried to send you a message but it said you cannot receive messages. I have celeriac seed you can have or buy it on Ebay for fresher seed. http://www.ebay.com/itm/GIANT-PRAGUE-CELERIAC-GREAT-TASTING-200-SEEDS-TASTES-LIKE-PARSLEY-CELERY-/321242115879?hash=item4acb85af27:g:0t4AAOxyXDhSdqHI
AngusMactavish
Sprinkle some pixie dust over regular celery, the results will be the same. You only need to believe for the placebo effect to take place.

dichosalocura
I don't anything about celery root, but I do know that chayote root is widely available here in the markets and tianguis. I wonder if it could be a substitute.
