bdmowers
Other than contacting a restaurant, does anyone know where to buy a quantity of mole negro, ready to put over chicken or whatever?
Lakesider
Margarita sells good homemade Almond Mole in packs...not sure about Mole Negro though... She also carries Artesanal Chocolate products as well and she is a regular at Sunrise Restaurant's Monday Market, La Huerta's Tuesday Organic Market and Ajijic's Wednesday Tianguis. She can be reached at 332-163-8234.
ComputerGuy
I have purchased various types of mole at Walmart, Soriana, and SuperLaura. Doña Maria, La Costeña, and other brands, usually in a tetrakpak or a foil bag.

RVGRINGO
Soriana used to have mole in bulk. Perhaps they still do.
