mom on a mission
I am looking for someone local to the Chapala area to write a last will and testament. I am interested in writing one for both my assets in the United States as well as my assets in Mexico. Any Recommendations?

CHILLIN
There is another unique Mexican thing you should know about. If you choose to be cremated, there is paperwork you have to fill out ahead of time, and register with a funeral home.

sue
You need a Noterio not a Lawyer as only the Notario can register your will.

Some of you may not be aware he is putting in a lot of time as a major player helping fight those high rises in La Floresta. He's also quite an expert on water law.
