Bisbee Gal
They are the little white ones and they lay them under their giant ferris wheel of rotisserie chickens so the taters soak up the dripping schmaltz (chicken fat). Soft round little balls of flavor. Good as a side, great as the basis for a skillet breakfast (add some grated cheese, beaten eggs and it's a fast meal). Or make them into a relatively light Mediterranean potato salad. It's too hot to even think about turning on the oven, and for 18 pesos a bag they do all the work for you. pappysmarket
We think they have the best chicken and potatoes also. Other people must think so also as they are frequently out of potatoes. Never out of chicken.
thevalerieleigh
LOVE their potatoes, too. But, one word of caution. I've seen them put fresh raw chicken up onto the rotisserie that drips down onto the potatoes and tasty jalapeños. I just pop them in the microwave about 90 seconds or so just to make sure any of the raw chicken marinade that may have dropped on them is cooked off. ENJOY!
