Guiness Posted April 26, 2017 Report Share Posted April 26, 2017 If you haven't already been to Charlottes on the Libramiento (in the plaza across from Quality Care Medical Clinic and next door to Tio Sams) - do yourself a favor and go. They have excellent food - the pizza's are great and they make the best margaritas in town! The ribs are to dye for as well as the best Chamoro around. Lori and Carlos are gracious hosts and do their utmost to please. Their daily board specials are fabulous - fresh fish, giros, pasta dishes, steaks. Nice house wine too. REC Posted May 7, 2017 Report Share Posted May 7, 2017 Just returned from dinner at this wonderful place - and I had the chamorro. Absolutely wonderful. The problem I will have is trying any of the other delicious looking things on the menu. Oh well, I guess that is a pretty manageable problem to have. But the chamorro was exceptional.
