Denise
Trying to decide on a mail service and these two places are the ones that keep getting mentioned, ishop and mail and Sol y Luna, if there is another place , please, let me know. Which is the better one to use? We are looking to do the following: Receive mail from the U.S. Receive Amazon ( I know not all suppliers ship to Mexico but will make sure they do) Receive Amazon Mexico shipments Send letters and small packages to U.S.
Joyfull
We have used Sol y Luna for over 7 years and are satisfied. They accept parcels from Amazon sent directly to their office in Ajijic at no charge if you have their service. Any packages sent via the Laredo address is expensive. Charge is 50% of the value of the item for duty + their charge. Used to be 90 pesos...don't know what it is now as we don't do it. Too much dinero. jrm30655
I vote Sol & Luna. iShop is expensive and Handy Mail is hard to get into and out of because of parking. iShop allows 4 in a box but will eat you alive on packages. S&L charges nothing to receive. I don't ship outbound, so no advice.
bdmowers
I lost 1 book and 3 were 4 months late through getting Amazon to ship to Sol y Luna. Ishop has always been dependable.
bezerk
I agree with bdmowers I shop always dependable. I was with them when it was MBE and am still with them. 18 years and running. Expensive yes but you get what you pay for.
