elevator
Seemed someone recommended a Dr. Naguerro at one of the clinics. Is that correct? I am having a bout of BPPV ( benign paroxymal, positional vertigo) which needs to be treated by a vestibular specialist, or a physical therapist trained in the maneuvers to treat it. Yo1
Google positions to use for this. None of them can hurt you and I have found them to very successful. The worst that can happen is you throw up while trying to assume a position.

elevator
Thanks, gonna try the half-somersault.
kbleitch
I also have BBPV. The ENT doctor from Colorado who created the movement suffers from vertigo herself. If I can catch it early, doing her half somersault movement a couple of times usually helps. There have been times that I've needed to do it 4-5 times.
