I'm very affectionate, still puppy like in behavior and not aggressive. I have been in and out of my foster home with no 'accidents'. As you can see in the photo, I am very malnourished and have paint on my right ear that will wear off. I got a 'sponge bath' today and think I will grow into a handsome dog when I put on some weight. I have been neutered. Please tell me you can foster me for awhile.
