We are very happy to have with us once again our chef Carmen. She was part of the original jasmine's of 4 years ago and has mastery of our dishes. she is joined with Jorge, previously at Roberto's, also a capable chef and able plater. We are confident we will be able to bring the wonderful tastes of india to your table in a timely manner...this week we will feature vegetarian korma, made with coconut cream and ground almond sauce ,mixed veggies and raisins and dried cherries. we will also be making delicious pumpkin curry made with veg from our garden. As always, we have a basic vegan menu with chicken, shrimp and lamb kebabs and curries. Our samosas and naan with our homemade chutneys are always favorites...hope to see you soon.

Ate there last night.  Always good....the vindaloo was well-spiced as was the shrimp tikki masala.  Naan is excellent.  The lemon pickle really packs a punch.

The garden area wasn't set up for seating last night but was told they are in process of improving that area.

We will be holding a beer tasting on Friday, February 17th from 5 to 7pm. We will be featuring the beers distributed by Cervezas Unicas, who carries products of boutique brewerys from Guadalahara, Vera Cruz, Baja, etc. They have many varieties from pale ales to black lagers, porter,s stouts and belgium-style beers. Their representative, Isreal Solano will describe the beers and answer any questions you might have. We will have tapas to compliment the beers and also our full menu of Indian and Mediterranean dishes. We would also like for people to vote their favorites so we may make them a part of our bar.Looking forward to seeing you there....as always, we are located on the Ajijic plaza at parroquia #12A, phone 766-2636
