MtnMama
Greek yogurt is SOOO hard to make. It is thicker and creamer than regular yogurt. Get a good quality plain yogurt like Alpura. Get two coffee filters and a medium sized strainer. Put filters in strainer, add yogurt, cover and leave in refrigerator over night. Voila! Greek yogurt. kasatcag
My yogurt costs 40 pesos per 1/2 liter. My yogurt is made from scratch with pasturized light milk and active cultures. No sugar or preservatives added.

LaChula
Superlake has Greek yogurt in the dairy section on the far right, closest to the deli counter. They have it in both liter and half-liter containers. Half liter is 35pesos.
