Regards the comments about the Texas warning, remember that it is directed at spring breakers, a group which tends to exhibit poor judgement regarding drugs, booze, and hanging out in unsafe places late at night. Given the likelihood that they will continue to do so, and given that doing so really increases the risk of bad things happening to them, it makes sense to me to encourage this bunch to stay home.
