  1. Generally it is 3.5% but could be negotiated down a little; that is the rate that each broker side would get (buyer and seller), the buying & selling agents would get a portion of the commission.
  2. Please read chapalence's comment. Based on the OP's initial statement, they are NOT a new member, just asking the same/similar question under a different name to see if it illicits a different response. "The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result."
  3. Contact their real estate agent, Shelley at Chapala Realtors she likely has a contact phone number. It is possible their house sale hasn't closed yet; Lori is also on FB I have sent her your message. I believe they went to Tallahassee, FL
  4. David is the name of the Office Manager at the Chapala Haciendas fracc; "Eric Blair" aka "Clueless" is David Greenstein.
  5. Then you were lucky; I saw people being rejected (turned away to get the proper form, then back to the end of the line) during the first, second and booster shot for not having the new CURP form. Lots of whining, crying, 'nobody told me' and 'its on the back of my status card, isn't that enough'.
  6. DUH, the NEW curp form was required if you got any covid vaccinations.
  7. Did you check the JPO website = geez http://en.ofj.com.mx/conciertos-eventos/evento/?id=448
  8. Blue Cross Blue Shield Federal Employee - you do realize you are in Mexico. Don't think there is a blue cross program here in Mexico so they can't 'bill the insurance direct'. Make sure you have cash to pay and ask for a factura. When asking for a factura they will need you name, address, RFC #, email address and date of birth.
  9. You are incorrect. Some tanks are built to have the bladder/membrane replaced, some cannot be replaced. Depends on the type of tank you buy. Yes the guys in Riberas carry bladders/membranes.
  10. Need to replace the bladder in a pressure tank. It has worn out and doesn't maintain adequate water pressure. Anyone know where to find one locally?
  11. And y'all are commenting on a two year old post .......
  12. There is a gravel/rock quarry that you can see from Chapala. Lots like part of a mountain has a flat side to it. Go towards Ixtlahuacan, take the JUCUM access on the right would be the road. Not sure what the pit is called or if they make things to order but they sure haul a lot of material out of that pit. Careful on the road as they may not be expecting upward traffic. We hear/see the trucks with jake brakes coming down regularly. Not sure if bigger crushed rock would solve your problem and it's going to be hell on tires. Too deep a layer and it will be tough to drive thru and eventually get pushed to the side of the road. Stone dust which would aid in compaction. Wish they had road mix here as it makes a good road base (watered and packed). https://www.google.com/maps/@20.3335476,-103.1774669,979m/data=!3m1!1e3
  13. Don't know if this is the site you are having problems with but ..... https://www.lakeside-ss.com/store
  14. Just posted on the Gobierno de Chapala FB page - you can now pay your taxes on line. https://pagos.chapala.gob.mx/
  15. I just went to the site, chose the bottom option; printed off the payment form and took it to Oxxo to pay; https://gobiernoenlinea1.jalisco.gob.mx/serviciosVehiculares/adeudos?
  16. You could always go to a hardware store (saw tanks in Inarq yesterday) buy a new one and then get it filled at the Z gas place in Ajijic (corner of Revolution & the carretera). If you need a bigger tank (300 ltrs) then you can go buy one at a hardware store (Ferreteria Calzada in Chapala has them out front), get it delivered and installed.
  17. call the Hospital San Antonio & Riberas Medical Center and ask the cost. This is from the Chopo website https://www.chopo.com.mx/chapala/catalogsearch/result/?q=tomografĂa+computarizada+de+muchacho
  18. Bunch of construction on Cisnes and Colibri in CH, usually one or two welders around; go and ask.
  19. Did you try calling the office at Chapala Haciendas? They often have emails addresses of residents. 376 765 4054
  20. Pet Place is on the Libramiento; Pet Avenue is near Farm Gdl & Hotel Montecarlo; Lakeside Friends of the Animals aka Riberas Pet Store is next to Ladron's and has the cat shelter
  21. You might be able to get one from telmex, as all landlines need a filter. Steren https://www.steren.com.mx/filtro-telefonico-adsl-2.html
  22. As this was a post from 2018 chances are you won't get a response from the original poster who seems to have relocated to Mexico City. You could go to Lakeside Care Registry https://aclakeside.com/TCR.asp?fbclid=IwAR3dRCfHAzMF30_GZ65druJX77geQX_ULBFAKziBzK_CijKfrxOFkoDHicA
  23. Same couple change it up occasionally and he is in a wheelchair with one leg straight out, at least they remember to wrap it.
  24. Perhaps you are thinking of Farmacia Benavides which is next to Soriana; Farmacia Ahorro is about a block and a half south of the Bus Station.
