As you enter Lower Chula Vista there is a restaurant on the right hand side and on the left hand side a convenient store, you will find ladies with sweet smiling faces, that work there. Mexicans are always ready to you no matter the situation.

In this area there are condos, cute small houses and very large homes. Some homes have a view of Lake Chapala, while others have a high wall and a beautiful garden.

Adjacent to Lower Chula Vista is the Chula Vista Golf course. This is a tranquil area in which to live. They have their own well system, so drinking water from the tap is safe.
